We prove that the system does what the laboratory needs, that it interoperates cleanly with EPR, Order Communications, PACS/RIS and PAS, and that it performs under real-world load — before it touches a patient sample.
Where issues emerge, we identify, prioritise and mitigate them methodically rather than letting them surface at go-live. Then we manage a controlled transition into service, so the switch to the new system is smooth, low-risk and fully supported from day one.
