He combines hands-on delivery leadership with deep commercial and procurement expertise — authoring Strategic Outline Cases, Outline Business Cases and outcome-based specifications, directing major technology procurements, and rescuing programmes in delivery or legal jeopardy.
He is equally comfortable setting strategy, governance and business cases at Board and investment-committee level and driving delivery at pace in politically complex, high-scrutiny environments.

Jennie is a business analyst and test manager with a strong track record across LIMS and wider healthcare technology programmes.
She combines detailed requirements and process analysis with hands-on test management to GMP standards, alongside earlier delivery and project leadership on major NHS implementations and digital programmes.
