Strategic Outline Case (SOC)

We establish the case for change and the strategic fit, set out the options at a high level, and give your boards a clear, evidence-based basis to commit to the next stage — aligned to the HM Treasury Green Book Five Case Model from the very start.

Outline Business Case (OBC)

We build the full Five Case Model business case — strategic, economic, commercial, financial and management — with a rigorous options appraisal, and steer it through internal, regional and national governance to secure approval to proceed to procurement.

Full Business Case & Procurement

We run compliant, robust procurements — requirements built to GAMP 5, fair and defensible evaluation, and a commercial approach that stands up to scrutiny — through to a Full Business Case and contract award. We have run whole procurements and led individual workstreams; either way, the process is watertight.

Implementation & go-live

We plan and deliver the implementation: data migration from legacy systems, the full test cycle (functional, user acceptance, non-functional and regression) to GAMP 5, training, and a controlled cutover to a live, fully supported system — with the relationships and governance to keep it on track.
